Generally, any individual or organization that is registered or authorized to do business in his country with experience in area such as installation, repair and assembly of items and equipment in buildings for their functioning, or planning of small- and large-scale renovation projects. Electricians, plumbers, systems integrators, engineers and architects are just a few of the professional categories eligible for becoming IoT Enablers.

Also non business persons such as makers and hobbyists who are 18 years or older can become IoT Enablers to the extent that they use Realogy for personal purposes only.

Because you can make business quickly and easily by connecting a wide range of electromechanical products to the IoT for your customer base.

Although you may already have technical experience and specific knowledge of the interiors of e.g. air conditioners, you still have to solve several technical problems and spent a lot of time to make your air conditioner a cyber-physical system, probably performing operations that are not skilfully made or do not afford complete safety.

With Realogy you will follow a guide that solves all these problems a priori and rationalises times.

Once you receive a reservation from your client and complete the enablement of an IoT connected device or system, we charge a service fee that generally is 2% to help cover the cost of running our business.

The price for your IoT enablement service depends on the type of device you connect and the level of customization requested by your client, and generally is 50 euros per hour. You can add a call or transfer fee in your pricing settings on the Realer platform included in Realogy.

The client will communicate to you his/her preferences through Realer.

When you get an IoT enablement service request, you will be notified by the Realer platform. You have 24 hours to accept or decline a service request before it expires. IoT Enablers who accept their service requests are able to provide more IoT enablement services per day and earn more per day.
